Jharkhand Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who is in charge of elections for the BJP, said the people of Jharkhand cannot remain satisfied with the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) government and the Congress party. Jharkhand today is filled with the darkness of poor governance, corruption and stagnant development. Law and order in Jharkhand is in darkness. Roddy and Marty are in crisis.

Need for BJP government: Union minister

Shivraj further said, “If Jharkhand has to be saved, then in the upcoming elections after Diwali, I appeal to the people here to bring the BJP and NDA government here. Prime Minister Modi will Indian Home Minister Amit Shah, who arrived in Jharkhand on the 4th, will also hold three meetings here, and the funds sent by the government have not yet been completed.”

Second stage candidate nomination

Let us tell you that voting will be held in two phases in Jharkhand on November 13 and 20. A total of 634 candidates have submitted their nominations for the second phase of the Jharkhand Assembly elections. On Tuesday, the last day to file nominations, 297 candidates filed papers to contest the 38-seat election. Review of nomination papers will take place on Wednesday and candidates have until November 1 to withdraw their nominations.

BJP candidate Gamalil Hembram on Tuesday filed his nomination from Bakht assembly constituency against Chief Minister Hemant Soren. After filing his nomination, Hembram said running against the chief minister was a challenge but one that the people of Bakht had decided to accept. People in the constituency are still struggling for basic amenities like roads and drinking water.
