A sensational murder case took place in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The uncle and aunt beat their 14-year-old niece to death. After receiving the report, the police immediately rushed to the scene, collected the body and sent it for autopsy, and began investigating the case. The incident took place in Jakhan village under the jurisdiction of Balrai police station.
It is understood that two months ago, his uncle Satyabhan brought his little niece Anjali to his house from her natal family. Anjali’s father died in an accident two years ago, and since then she has been living with her maternal grandparents due to poor financial conditions.
14-year-old minor beaten to death
On October 21, Anjali was talking to someone on the phone so her uncle got suspicious and started beating Anjali. The aunt also joined in and together they beat her, resulting in Anjali’s death. Thereafter, Satyaban called his father-in-law Puran Singh, and together they put Anjali’s body in a sack and threw it into the Yamuna river.
Anjali’s mother Savitri lives in Dholpur, Rajasthan. During this time, he tried to contact his daughter. When he couldn’t talk to his daughter, he became suspicious and called police. Police investigation revealed that Satyabhavan and his father-in-law had thrown the body into the Yamuna river. The body was found five days after the murder.
After the murder, the body was thrown into the Yamuna river.
The victim’s mother, Savitri, told reporters that the men made her daughter disappear. These people were asked several times but they did not give any answers. Apart from this, Savitri claimed that her husband was also murdered by Satyab Khan two years ago. This was given the form of an accident. But then we did not complain to the police. Now these people murdered my daughter. My sister was also involved in the murder.
Police arrest three defendants
Police arrested the accused Satyabhajan, his wife and father-in-law. SSP Sanjay Kumar said the post-mortem report revealed that Anjali died due to beating. Police also recovered sticks, mortars and scooters used in the murder. The SSP said that just two months ago, the girl came to her aunt’s house in Jakhan village and during interrogation it was found that the girl was talking to a boy, due to which her uncle beat her. The girl died from her injuries.
