Maharashtra elections: Even on the last day of nominations, MVA is stuck with 14 seats and rally plans are yet to be decided.

Even on the last day of nominations for Mahavikas Aghadi, many seats were stuck.

Maha Vikas Aghadi has so far announced candidates for 274 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, including 105 candidates from the Congress, Shiv Sena With 87 candidates, 87 candidates from UBT and 82 candidates from Sharad Pawar-led nationalist Congress party, the Maharashtra Assembly has 288 members. Currently, the issue is bogged down in 14 seats of Mahavikas Aghadi. Today is the last day for nomination of candidates for the parliamentary elections.

Although today is the last day for nominations, it is unclear how many seats the coalition’s three parties will compete for. After the parliamentary elections were announced, a row arose in the MVA over the distribution of votes. It seems it hasn’t been resolved yet. All three components of the Mahavikas Aghadi were forced to win elections against the BJP, Shiv Sena (Shindhi) and Ajit Pawar, but so far they have failed to reach an agreement on seats. Dear agreement. Despite repeated ultimatums from the state unit Samajwadi Party, their share of seats in the alliance is yet to be determined.

There is no specific preparation for the election

The Maharashtra Assembly elections will be held in phases on November 20, but so far the three parties do not appear to have made any concrete preparations for a joint campaign in the state. It seems that all three parties are taking the seat deal more seriously, while Maharashtra, under the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party, has also announced that it will hold 10 to 12 large rallies for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Apart from this, the plans of key leaders of the BJP and the National Democratic Alliance are also being decided for Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, even the national leadership of Congress, Agadi’s largest party, is yet to lay out a plan for Maharashtra. Recently, an important meeting was held at the Parliament House with National President Mallikarjun Kharge in the presence of Rahul Gandhi and Nana Patole on the topic of Maharashtra State Assembly election campaigns, leadership programmes, issues and manifestos etc. Even after this, the campaign plans were not finalized. This is said to be because more time is needed to resolve seat disputes between political parties.
