Reconstitution of parliamentary advisory committees, Rahul Gandhi not in any committee

The parliamentary advisory committee was reconstituted on Saturday. What is special about it is that the name of Rahul Gandhi, leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, does not appear in any of its committees. Earlier, Rahul Gandhi was a member of the Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs. Meanwhile, in the new committees, Sharad Pawar has been included in the home ministry committee, Supriya Sule has been included in the defense ministry, P Chidambaram has been included in the finance ministry committee and Praful Patel has been included in the civil aviation ministry committee. Meanwhile, Jaya Bachchan was inducted into the Foreign Affairs Committee and Manish Tiwari and Kanimozhi were inducted into the Defense Affairs Committee.
