A case of land dispute and bullying has taken place in Sahasa district of Bihar. Here, a woman, troubled by threats from bullies, complained to the SP office and tried to commit suicide by taking poison as soon as she came out. The police saw the woman in time and took her to the hospital immediately. The woman is now out of danger, but she is frightened by bullies.
It was learned that Sinki, a woman residing in Sonbarsa Kachari police station area, was troubled by threats from some bullies in the village. The bullies allegedly targeted Hinkie’s land and store. They constantly pressured them to give up their land. In addition, the woman was beaten several times. Hinkie filed a complaint with the police chief’s office about the incident, alleging bullying.

After making the complaint, the woman felt frightened and stressed. He had taken poison as soon as he came out of the SP office. As soon as he took the poison, his condition began to worsen and he began to foam at the mouth. Some police officers present spotted him and immediately rushed him to the hospital. With the help of doctors, her life was saved and the woman is now out of danger.
The woman told police the bullies harassed her. They pressured them to give up their land and shops. After the incident, SDPO Alok Kumar said further action was being taken after recording the woman’s statement. The police have assured to take strict action in the matter.
