Indian low-cost carriers Air India Express and Akasa Air have launched their Diwali Flash Sale 2024. Two airlines are offering competitive low-cost air tickets to celebrate this year’s festive season.

Air India Express Offers
Air India Express launches limited time promotional discounts with fares starting from $There are 1,456 under Lite Offer. The low-cost airline also offers prices starting at $Its Xpress Value Fares are $1,606, according to the company’s website.
The offer is valid for bookings made between October 22 and October 27. Customers can travel between November 1, 2024, and December 10, 2025, according to the website.
The company also offers additional discounts $350 as convenience fee reduction on Xpress Lite fares, but only if the customer uses the official website or the airline’s mobile app to avail it.
Akasa Air ticket sales
Akasa Air has also launched a Diwali sale where customers can enjoy up to 15 per cent off the base fare by booking international flights using promo code DIWALI15, according to a company press release issued on October 15.
The low-cost airline also announced that domestic travelers will be eligible to book from $1,499.
“Bookings can be made through all channels, including the Akasa Air website, mobile app and travel partners,” the company said in a statement.
Akasa Air highlighted that travel from November 1 onwards booked between October 24 and 27 will be eligible for promotional offers on “Saver” and “Flexi” fares, according to a press release.
“It is valid for direct and connecting flights on the Alcazar network and covers one-way and round-trip tickets, purchased at least 7 days in advance,” the airline said.
Alkasa Air holds nearly 4.5% market share in the Indian aviation industry.
