Many times, people buy the wrong products while shopping online, and soap and stones sometimes appear in phone booths. Recently, another new case of this type came to light. One user claimed that he ordered a Sony PlayStation 5 from Amazon but received a PS4 in the box.
Reddit user shubhfaldu87 shared a post in which he explained the whole thing. The user said: “I found a PS4 in the PS5 box!” and complained to customer service, but the return failed and no one came to pick up the product.

The PS5 box can be seen in the photo. In the second photo, the PS4 box is visible inside the box. This means the PS4 is kept in the PS5 box. The user said that he also complained about this matter, but no device came to pick up the goods.
The user also shared a screenshot of the Amazon app showing a return request. The screenshot shows that a return request was made on October 8. For this reason, we tried to pick up the package on October 9th, but it failed because the return package was not ready.
