All agencies in the country are probing the Delhi blasts from multiple angles. The blast outside the CRPF school in Rohini Prashant Vihar on Sunday rocked Delhi. The explosion was so powerful that the windows of nearby shops were shattered. A cloud of smoke began to rise into the sky. After this explosion, the scene was chaotic. How did this off-campus explosion occur, what caused it, and who did it… Investigative agencies across the country have begun investigations. The country’s agencies are investigating the blast from four angles, including Naxal attacks, Khalistani links, terror in Pakistan and someone’s conspiracy.
In fact, the Central Police Force has recently stepped up its crackdown on Naxalites, so the police suspect that Naxalites may also be behind the explosion. On the other hand, considering the increasing actions of Indian agencies, Khalistan may also be behind the explosion. Khalistan’s post about the explosion on Telegram also went viral.
In response, the Delhi police have written to Telegram seeking information, suspecting that some terrorist organizations in Pakistan may also be behind the explosion. Relevant agencies are also investigating from this perspective. Investigating agencies did not even deny that the explosion could have been the result of a prank. Currently, this mysterious explosion is being investigated from all angles.
Delhi blast case registered
In response to the blast at the CRPF school boundary in Prashant Vihar in Rohini district of Delhi, the Delhi Police has taken action under Section 326 (g) of the Indian Judicial Code and Section 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property in Prashant Vihar. A case was registered at Khar police station. Section 3 of the Innocence Act was registered and investigation started. Keeping in mind the sensitivity of the matter, all agencies including local police, special cell, NSG, CRPF, home ministry team, FSL etc. reached the spot today to investigate.
At the same time, Mohammad Jamal, head of the bomb disposal team of the National Security Group, was called to the scene and was the officer who best understood the category of bombs. FSL, Bomb Squad, Nuclear Safety Team recovered severed wire fragments, pencil cells and white powder from the site. A detailed report of the evidence collected by all agencies will now be shared with the Planetary Division, and a team from the Planetary Division itself is already on site. A case has been registered at the local police station and will soon be handed over to a special cell or central agency on orders from the home ministry.
CCTV footage to be revealed
CCTV captured the entire explosion, showing the intensity of the explosion. According to sources, some suspicious persons were spotted on CCTV and their roles are being verified. Delhi Police received a PCR call at 7.57 am on Sunday, informing the caller that a huge explosion had occurred on the wall of CRPF School Sector 14 Rohini in Prashant Vihar district. The police found at the scene that the wall was partially damaged and the suspicious smell of gunpowder was coming from the house. Moreover, even the glass of the shop across the road was broken. Fortunately, the explosion caused no casualties.
