Comedian Kunal Kamra has once again slammed Ola Electric for not revealing plans to resolve customer complaints or issue refunds.

“Ola Electric has not revealed any refund plans or set an end date for current customer complaints. We don’t even know if there is a plan…” Kamra wrote on X.

He further took a jibe at Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, asking him to come up with a public plan that would not involve hiring Kamra.

“All I can do is let @bhash know he must develop a public plan that does not include hiring me,” he wrote.

Bhavish Aggarwal and Kunal Kamra got into a heated exchange on social media after they pointed out how Ola electric scooters were stored outside what appeared to be an Ola store.

To which Agarwal responded that if the comedian cared so much about scooters, he should be happy to help. The Ola CEO asked Kamla to “shut up” and let Ola solve the “real customer issues” if he couldn’t help.

Following this, Agarwal and Kamla lashed out at each other in a series of X posts. In one such post, Agarwal said: “Chot lagi? Dadwar? Aja service center. Bahut Kam hai. (Are you injured, are you in pain? Come to the service centre, workload Big). I’ll pay you more than your flop show pays you to show your audience how much you care and whether you’re just talking nonsense.”

Kamra responded to his post and questioned the company’s refund policy. “Conversely, can you give a full refund to people who want to return an OLA EV and have purchased it within the past four months?”

“I don’t need your money, those who can’t get to their workplace need your accountability. Show your customers that you truly care about them?” he added.

Ola CEO comes under heavy criticism

Ola CEO was heavily criticized by social media users for being rude and arrogant while responding to complaints. “Super cringe, can only imagine how bad customer service would be for an individual if this is how upper management reacts to criticism,” one user on X commented.

Another commented: “Bhavish, whatever happens is not necessary. However hundreds of thousands of service stations you may have set up, don’t take this as an indicator of how you serve. If the attitude is like CEO Just like an official, there is nothing to give people confidence. Your tweets are not helpful.”

“Kamra didn’t take customers’ money and provide substandard service. You did. Take some responsibility for this instead of having shameless spats with celebrities on Twitter,” another added.
