Their names are Gurmail Singh, Shivkumar Gautam, Dharamraj Kashyap, Zeeshan Akhtar, Parveen Lonkar and Shubham alias Shubu Lonkar. Among them, three Gurmail Singh, Dharamraj Kashyap and Parveen Lonkar are currently in police custody, and the remaining three are currently in police custody. Zeeshan, Shivkumar and Shubham are absconding. The police are looking for them.
The story revealed during the interrogation of the arrested accused was that Zeeshan Akhtar, a resident of Shahkar village in Jalandhar, Punjab, was lodged in Patiala jail in connection with murder and robbery cases. He has his own gang. He was lodged in Patiala Jail from 2022 to June 2024. It was here that he met some agents of the Lawrence Gang. Apart from this, he also met Gurmail Singh in jail. He is serving a sentence for murdering his brother. Zeeshan was released on bail on June 7 this year. Meanwhile, Gumail has also been released on bail. Zeshan went to Gumel’s home in Ketal and met him. Thereafter he went to Bombay.
According to Mumbai Police, Zeeshan Akhtar received information from Lawrence Bishnoi after talking to operatives of Lawrence’s gang while serving his sentence in Patiala jail. He was told the target’s name. The target was none other than Baba Siddiqui. Now Zeshan must arrange shooters. Look at how Lawrence Gunn works. However, Lawrence, his brothers, or any of the big names in his gang were not cited in the article. In fact, the Home Ministry had issued an order under Section 268 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code in 2023 stating that Lawrence Bishnoi shall not be transferred anywhere in the name of investigation or in any other case registered against him . This means he will remain in Sabarmati jail. If the police of any state have to interrogate him under any circumstances, then they can interrogate him inside Sabarmati jail after obtaining necessary permission from the court. The order was originally scheduled to be implemented in August 2024, but has now been extended.
Did Lawrence choose Baba Siddiqui just to make inroads in Mumbai?
