Delhi Police must report daily

In a letter from the Delhi Pollution Control Board, the Delhi Police has been ordered to enforce a complete ban on bursting of firecrackers. The police must submit daily reports to the Delhi Pollution Control Board, the instructions said. Environment Minister Gopal Rai also appealed to the people for their cooperation.
