Why is the Iranian commander wearing the uniform of an Israeli general? What does it have to do with Nasrallah’s death?

Iran fears Mossad killed Nasrallah based on information from its commander, Ismail Qani. Earlier it was reported that Ismail Qani was also killed along with Nasrallah. But Ismail Qani is still alive and is currently being interrogated by Iranian forces.
