Motorola ThinkPhone will reportedly be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC

Android Headlines has shared renders and specifications of the yet-to-be-released Motorola ThinkPhone 2025. The renders show the rugged phone in a black color scheme with triple rear cameras. The display has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout that houses the selfie camera.

Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 specs (leaked)

Motorola’s ThinkPhone 2025 is expected to feature a 6.36-inch pOLED display with up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 1,200x2x670 pixel resolution, and 460ppi pixel density. The screen may be more compact than the 2023 ThinkPhone, which has a 6.6-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

According to reports, the Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. For comparison, the predecessor came with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It is said to come in a single RAM and storage configuration, including 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB onboard storage.

Like its predecessor, the Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 will reportedly feature a triple rear camera unit, including a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The new model may come with a 10-megapixel 3x optical zoom sensor instead of a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 is said to be equipped with a 4,310mAh battery, which is a downgrade from the 5,000mAh battery of its predecessor. The upcoming phone can support 68W fast charging through the bundled Turbo Power charger. It measures 154.1×71.2×8.1 mm and weighs 171 grams.

Motorola’s ThinkPhone 2025 is said to be protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and has an IP68 rating for underwater protection. It may feature MIL-STD-810H certification and carbon fiber back.
