A heartbreaking case of murder of an innocent child has taken place in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. A man who had turned into a savage stabbed a child as young as three years old to death. The murderer who brutally committed this crime has been caught by the police. After this incident, the child’s family was in mourning. Anger over the incident was extremely high.
Giving information about the gruesome incident, Muzaffarpur Divisional Police Officer (SDPO-2) Vinita Sinha said that the incident took place at Dighra village in the district on Tuesday and the accused was arrested immediately after receiving the information.
SDPO-2 Vineeta Sinha informed PTI that after receiving information about the incident, a team of police reached the spot and rushed the child to a local hospital, but he died during treatment. The deceased has been identified as Sahil Kumar, son of Shankar Das.
According to locals, the child was playing with friends outside the defendant’s home when the incident occurred. He claimed the defendant’s family did not want the children playing outside the house. He often chased the children away from there.
According to police, locals told reporters that on Tuesday night, when some children were playing outside the defendant’s house, he came out and attacked an innocent 3-year-old boy with a knife. Later, the police took the injured child to the hospital. where he died.
Now locals are also claiming that the accused is mentally unstable. However, the police are investigating the matter. The child’s family is extremely saddened and disappointed after what happened. His home is filled with condolences.
