Attacks between Israel and Hezbollah continue for a fifth day. The Israeli army is conducting heavy air strikes against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. On Wednesday, the Israel Defense Forces struck more than 100 targets. These attacks killed more than 10 people and reportedly injured numerous others. In light of the fighting, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer warned its citizens to leave Lebanon immediately.
A Hezbollah official told Reuters that 1,500 Hezbollah fighters had to withdraw from fighting after being seriously injured in an explosion of pagers and walkie-talkies in Lebanon. Many of these warriors lost their eyesight, and many others lost arms and legs. This is a major blow to Hezbollah. However, a U.S. report puts the number of fighters in the terrorist group at 400,000 to 50,000.
The Israel Defense Forces claim Hezbollah is planning a large-scale attack on Israel. Thus, a conspiracy similar to Hamas’s October 7 massacre was born. This time, Hezbollah militants are planning to infiltrate into northern Israel the same way Hamas did in southern Israel. But Israel learned of the plot in time. Israeli forces have since eliminated the commander involved.
IDF spokesman Maj. Gen. Daniel Hagari said Hezbollah intended to launch a large-scale attack on Israel as part of this plot. His target was the people of Galilee. Its terrorists will go in there, kill and kidnap our citizens, just as Hamas did on October 7th. The attack was fully planned. A meeting was held on Friday to implement the plan. Its responsibility has been handed over to Radwan forces.
He told reporters that the mastermind of the plot was Hezbollah commander Ibrahim Aqil. This was the terrorist killed in an attack in Israel on Friday. He is also accused of carrying out a bombing in Beirut that killed 241 US soldiers. Just as Hamas targets Israel’s southern border villages, Hezbollah targets northern Israeli villages. One of them is Misgaon Am, just 250 meters away from the Lebanese border, and the other is Metula, 350 meters away.
If Hezbollah terrorists attack the Israeli border in large numbers, it won’t be a big deal if they reach these villages within minutes. But Israel claims it sensed the threat just meters away and killed the commander who planned the attack with precision bombing. Israel says it shot down a Hezbollah missile over Tel Aviv. This appears to be the first attack targeting central Israel.
The Israeli military said it intercepted a missile fired by Hezbollah in Tel Aviv on Wednesday, in what appeared to be the militant group’s largest attack on Israel in nearly a year of cross-border conflict. The surface-to-surface missile, which set off alarms in Tel Aviv and Netanya, was shot down by the Israeli air force, the Israel Defense Forces said. Hezbollah also claims its ballistic missiles are targeting Tel Aviv. He fired a Qadr-110 missile at Mossad headquarters. He said the attack was in retaliation for bombings of pagers and walkie-talkies. However, the Israeli military said it intercepted the missile using the David’s Sling defense system. There was no immediate information on deaths, injuries or damage caused by the attack.
In order to completely destroy Hezbollah, Israel launched attacks from the air and the ground. Shells began pouring from the cannon. This time the target was Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. Fear of Israel became so dominant in his mind that he went into hiding. All Hezbollah commanders were killed.
