Mathura: An old woman was beaten to death, there were blood stains on the walls and miscreants snatched earrings, anklets and bracelets.

A sensational murder of an elderly woman occurred in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. After receiving the report, the police immediately rushed to the scene, collected the body and sent it for autopsy, and began investigating the case. The deceased has been identified as 70-year-old Maya Devi. SP Dehat, CO Chhata and Kosikalan police station officers inspected the spot and called the forensic team and collected evidence. The husband of the deceased has filed a lawsuit against unidentified persons.

The gangster broke into the house and brutally attacked the old woman’s head and face, causing her death. Thereafter, Badmarsh took off the earrings, anklets and bracelets worn by the deceased and carried them with him. The deceased had two sons, one was working in Faridabad and the other was engaged in farming.

The deceased’s brother-in-law told reporters that the family chatted until 11pm last night. After that, everyone went back to their rooms to sleep. The family has no animosity against anyone. Sister-in-law Maya Devi has a very simple character.

Police registered a murder case against unidentified persons

Regarding the matter, SP Dehat Trigun Vishan said that an elderly woman was murdered at her house in Tithapita village of Kosikala police station area on Tuesday night. The matter is under thorough investigation and further action will be taken.
