Maharashtra will hold assembly elections in a few months. Previously, the India Today Conclave was being held in Mumbai. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader and Yuva Sena chief Aditya Thackeray participated in the conclave on the first day. Here he candidly answers many questions about the Shiv Sena. During this time, Thackeray claimed that the BJP’s achievements in Maharashtra today were due to his grandfather Bal Thackeray.

In fact, in the Lok Sabha elections, the Shiv Sena (UBT) contested 21 seats in Maharashtra but won only nine of them. When asked about this, Aditya Thackeray said

If the Congress grows with us, then I will be happy, if the NCP (SP) grows with us, then I will be happy. Even the BJP was able to grow in Maharashtra because my grandfather (Bal Thackeray) gave them the support they needed. We will be happy if our allies move forward.

He said that in the last two years, we lost 40 MLAs because Alibaba and 40 thieves fled first to Surat, then to Guwahati and then to Goa. 12 of our MPs left because they were afraid of ED, CBI, IT and BJP. Although we went into this election without 40 MLAs and 12 MPs, we won 9 seats.

The Bharatiya Janata Party claims to be the largest political party in the world. It received its maximum funding from electoral bonds. Although ED, IT, CBI and even the Election Commission supported him, he could win only 9 votes.

When he was asked about the Maharashtra Assembly elections, he claimed that the Maha Vikas Aghadi government will come to power in Maharashtra. People are unhappy with the looting and politics of the BJP. He claimed that Maharashtra will change.
