Sajjan Jindal’s JSW won’t quit $The company said in a press statement on Tuesday that electric vehicle manufacturing projects from Odisha to Maharashtra are worth Rs 40,000 crore.
There were earlier reports that the company was considering shifting electric vehicle and battery manufacturing projects from Odisha.
The company signed an MoU with the Odisha government in February to set up electric vehicle and battery manufacturing projects in Cuttack and Paradip. However, reports later emerged that the group was considering Aurangabad and Nagpur in Maharashtra as new locations for its projects.
