A fake police officer was arrested in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras district. He used to wear a police uniform and scare people. He also told his girlfriend that he worked for the police. While he was still in uniform, he took his girlfriend to trade shows on his bike to impress her. But his fraud didn’t last long. Real police arrested him and sent him to jail.
The entire incident took place in the Hasayan police station area of Hathras district. Sarunpur outpost received information that a young man with a bullet in his police uniform was standing near the village and was harassing shopkeepers. In response, the Sarunpur police station officer-in-charge and some other police officers rushed there. When the men questioned the young man, who was wearing a police uniform, he identified himself as a police officer.
But when the officer in charge questioned the young man more deeply, asking which police station he was at and where he received training, he was unable to answer these questions. It was later discovered that this young man was wandering around under the guise of a fake police officer.
During interrogation by police officer Sikandra Rao, the young man revealed his name as Pramod, Jalauli Hera Singh, Aligarh police station, Akhlabad A resident of Jarauli Heera Singh. Apart from the bike, three mobile phones and a black wallet with Uttar Pradesh Police inscription were also recovered from his possession.
During interrogation, it was also discovered that Pramod also told his girlfriend that he was part of the police department. Pramod is going to take his girlfriend to the exhibition. He would take his girlfriend to the fair wearing a police uniform and it would impress her. At present, the police have registered a case against Pramod and arrested him.
