In Delhi, a minor was stabbed to death by his friends for not attending a party to buy a new mobile phone. In this case, police have registered a case of murder and have identified and arrested the accused. In addition to this, the knife used in the murder has also been recovered.

The incident took place in East Delhi’s Shahkarpur area. Sachin, 16, bought a new mobile phone. One of Sachin’s friends was also there with him. At about 7 pm on September 23, Sachin went home after buying a mobile phone and met some old acquaintances near a samosa shop. Seeing Sachin’s new phone, the boys asked for a party for the new phone. Sachin refused to host the party. Sachin started arguing with the boys over this matter.

When Sachin failed to host a party, his friend stabbed him with a knife.

Gradually, a fight started between them, and then one boy took out a knife and stabbed Sachin twice from behind. Sachin fell unconscious there. Thereafter, the three accused boys fled from there. People nearby immediately alerted the police, who rushed to the scene and sent the injured Sachin to the hospital. Sachin had passed away by then.

Police arrested three defendants

Following this, the police registered a case of murder and started investigation. With the help of CCTV, police identified the suspects, arrested three suspects and recovered the knife used in the murder. All the accused are minors and therefore the police are taking action under juvenile justice.
