The discovery of a woman’s body cut into 40 pieces in a refrigerator in Bengaluru has caused a stir across the country. Three days have passed (September 21) since this murder case that exceeded the limit of brutality was exposed, but the police still have not been able to catch the murderer. However, police claimed they had identified the killer.
Meanwhile, the woman’s husband makes a big request. He expressed suspicion that the woman’s lover Ashraf was involved in the murder. Mahalakshmi’s husband Hemant Das said, “I work in a mobile phone shop. We got married six years ago. We also have a daughter. However, we separated nine months ago due to family disputes. I last met Mahalakshmi in 25-30 days ago when she came to the mobile phone store where I worked.
Hemant had complained to the police
Mahalakshmi’s husband Hemant further said, “Achraf, a resident of Uttarakhand, could be the murderer of Mahalakshmi.” A few months ago, I was at Nelamangala in Bengaluru A complaint was lodged against Ashraf at the police station. The police then gave him stern instructions to never come to Bangalore again, but I don’t know where he ended up.
Ashraf works in barber shop
Talking about Mahalakshmi’s relationship with Ashraf, Hemant said, “I came to know about Mahalakshmi’s affair in April or May 2023. Then I went to the police station to report the matter. Mahalakshmi never told me about Ashraf. Ashraf’s thing, but I know his relative Ashraf works in a barber shop.
Body recovered from apartment
On September 21, Bengaluru police found the body of Mahalakshmi (29) in a studio apartment in Vyalikaval area. His body was cut into 40 pieces and kept in a refrigerator. Talking about the incident, Karnataka Home Minister Parameshwara said that the main suspect in the case has been identified and will be arrested soon.
“The murderer has been identified”
In this regard, the Karnataka Home Minister said, “A lot of important information has been obtained in this case, but it cannot be disclosed at the moment.” But the people involved will be caught soon. Based on the information received so far, only one person is involved in the murder and he is a resident of West Bengal, but we cannot reveal anything until we receive more information.
