A young man was tied to a tree and beaten with a shoe ring around his neck in Borina village in the Balan Sadar police station area of Rajasthan. Additionally, a video of the young man being stripped naked and dressed in women’s clothing went viral on social media. It is understood that the brother of the victim youth has been accused of kidnapping a woman from the defendant’s family. The victim’s wife was also named among the defendants.
After receiving the information, the police rushed to the spot and rescued the victim. In this case, six defendants, including the victim’s wife, were arrested on Monday. In a statement to police, the victim also claimed that he was held hostage for 19 days. In this case, Sadar police station CI Chuttanlal said a report was filed by Jagmohan Mogya, a resident of Kalamanda Hall in Gidpata. The report tells that Babulal Mogya, a resident of Borina, called him on his mobile phone and said you are both husband and wife. The wife should come.

Shoes put on, stripped naked and beaten
Will be picking up my wife soon. In this case, on 4 September, the complainant and his wife Rukmani Bai arrived in Borina. During this time, Babulal Mogya, Rameshwar Mogya, Dwarkabai Mogya, Rukmanibai Mogya, Vinod Bai Mogya and his wife Rukmanibai Mogya called him and locked him in the house.
Thereafter, around 6 to 7 am on September 22, he was taken out of the house and taken to Rameshwar’s house. As he prepared to leave, the defendant grabbed him and began dragging him back into the house. The defendant tied him with a chain to a tree outside the house. Thereafter, Babral put a shoe ring around the victim’s neck and beat the victim and took off his clothes to humiliate him.
The police launched an investigation after receiving the report
After some time, when the complainant’s brother-in-law, Jaraprasad, a resident of Sorsan, and Mukesh, a resident of Borina, got to know the news, they also rushed there. After persuasion, the victim was released. After a while, the police arrived. Based on the victim’s report, the police have registered a case against the defendant and launched an investigation. On Monday, the accused Rameshwar Mogya, Babulal, resident of Barina, Dwarkabai, Vinod Bai, wife of Rukmani and the wife of the victim, Rukmanibai, resident of Kalmanda, were arrested.

CI said preliminary investigation revealed that the complainant’s brother kidnapped a woman from the accused’s family. The purpose of the incident was to insult the young man in revenge. Currently, the entire incident is under thorough investigation. Action will be taken after investigation.
