A surprising case has come to light in Delhi. A man kidnapped his niece and allegedly murdered her after a fight with his sister-in-law. The police have arrested the suspect in the case. The whole thing happened in Narela, Delhi.

A four-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and murdered by her uncle in the Drinarela area, an official who provided information on the entire incident to news agencies said. The accused has been arrested from Sitapur in Uttar Pradesh. The girl’s body was found in a forest near her home on Monday morning. The victim’s father said in a complaint filed with local police that the girl went missing on Sunday night. An investigation revealed that the girl’s uncle kidnapped her after a fight with her mother, a police officer said.
Since then, the police have been busy making arrests. Because the defendant absconded after killing someone. However, police arrested him in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The police officer said a team was immediately dispatched and the girl’s body was recovered with the help of local police.

According to the police, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 103 (1) (murder) and 238 (causing disappearance of evidence, giving false information to save criminal) of the Indian Penal Code. The accused has been brought to Delhi and further investigation is on, the official said.
