Mr. Bhojpur SP Raj said Shashikant Mahato (27), a resident of Ibrahim Nagar Dharhara, had been shot dead. His body was recovered from an abandoned local area. After receiving the news, the town police station team and deputy chiefs rushed to the scene immediately. Preliminary understanding shows that the matter seems to be related to land sales. A police team led by ASP Sadar Parichay Kumar has been formed and will soon reveal the entire incident and the criminals involved will also be arrested.
