The STF and police teams also met Anuj Pratap Singh, a criminal involved in the Sultanpur robbery case. Anuj is the main accused in the Sultanpur robbery case. The tournament team made a big reveal about Anuj Pratap Singh ahead of the tournament. The encounter team told that when the police went to arrest Anuj, he was narrating to his colleagues about the police team and that if the police team caught them, they would not leave them alive.
Meanwhile, the accused opened fire from where he was hiding in the bushes and one of the bullets hit Ravi Verma of the troop. The STF then retaliated and Anuj was shot dead. SP chief raises questions over Mangesh Yadav’s treatment
Earlier, the SP chief raised the issue of Mangesh Yadav’s killing in the clashes and leveled serious allegations against the STF. He described what happened to Mangesh in Jaunpur as fake and said that in this government, the STF kills people on the basis of caste. He said Mangesh was killed because he was a Yadav, while other accused in the Dakoti case were shot in the leg or forced to surrender because they were Thakur.
Anuj Pratap Singh is the main accused
According to police, criminal Anuj Pratap Singh was the first to enter the jewelry showroom in Sultanpur on August 28 to commit robbery. Anuj, who was wearing a white shirt, was the first to threaten shop owner Bharat Soni and his son with a pistol as they sat in the showroom.

Of the 14 criminals involved in the case, 3 have yet to be arrested. Among the five gangsters who entered the showroom and committed the crime, the absconding Furqan, Arbaaz and Ankit Yadav also received a reward of Rs 100,000 each. There are 5 cases against Ankit, 3 cases against Arbaaz and 2 cases against Furkan. However, Mangesh Yadav has been killed.
In this case, gang leader Vipin Singh has surrendered before the Ray Bareilly court. The same criminal, Vipin Singh, expressed his fear of the encounter in an interview with the media. Many cases were registered against Vipin Singh.
