It is understood that the accused used to sell fruits without washing his hands after urinating in a plastic bag. He even placed the bag on his shopping cart. After the video of his misbehavior went viral, the police registered a case against the accused and arrested him.

Officials at Manpada police station said the 20-year-old fruit vendor has been identified as Ali Khan. The video is from Nilje area. A case has been registered against the accused under Sections 271 (negligence likely to spread dangerous disease), 272 and 296 (obscenity) of the Indian Judiciary Code. After watching the video, people are filled with anger.

Let us tell you that a similar case was also found in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Shopkeepers here used to mix urine in juice and give it to people to drink. After registering a case, the police arrested the accused juice seller and his 15-year-old son. The police also found a container filled with urine in his shop.

ACP Ankur Vihar Bhaskar Verma said the accused was identified as Aamir. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and searched his juice stall. A plastic can filled with urine was also recovered from there. The police questioned him about the container filled with urine but he could not give a satisfactory answer.

Two years ago, a similar video went viral in Bareilly, in which a vegetable vendor was seen urinating on vegetables on his cart. The Hindu Sangatan Manchi people staged an uproar over this, following which the police arrested the accused. During police interrogation, the accused revealed his name as Sharif Khan, a resident of Izzat Nagar.

IPS officer Rahul Bhati told Hindustan Times that Durgesh Kumar Gupta had filed a complaint with the Prem Nagar police station that a vegetable vendor was found urinating on vegetables on his vehicle. He also said during interrogation that he was selling vegetables in an area with a high Hindu population. The vegetable vendor also apologized for his action. He said he would not do it again.
