The political temperature in Delhi has quickly heated up after former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who was involved in a liquor scam, was granted bail. The BJP has launched a street front against the Aam Aadmi Party. The Delhi BJP has staged an exhibition against former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at the Pallika Chowk in Connaught Place.

BJP came up with a selfie spot at this exhibition. There were pictures of former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bungalow. It was said that Rs 52 crore was spent on this. At this exhibition, BJP leaders were seen posing for pictures with the chief minister’s residence.

Talking to Aaj Tak, senior Delhi BJP leader Vijendra Gupta said, We have placed a 3D model of Kejriwal in this demonstration. He questioned whether a common man has a swimming pool worth crores in his house? Arvind Kejriwal’s bungalow did not cost Rs 52 crore but Rs 150 crore. Kejriwal cut down hundreds of trees in his government bungalow.

Vijendra Gupta also said that Delhi has been without a government for 8 months. This is bad governance. Arvind Kejriwal’s resignation is just a drama. Earlier, Kejriwal was the chief minister and he is still the chief minister today. Delhi must get rid of the Aam Aadmi Party, corruption is a big problem and the BJP is fighting against it.

“Not a public court, but a gathering of workers”

Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor said a selfie point was set up at the exhibition so that the public could see his palace and how Kejriwal spent crores of people’s hard-earned money on his palace. Raising questions, Praveen also said that the ‘Janata Adalat’ as called by former Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal was not a public court but a gathering of workers.
