Jammu, September 21: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha released the book ‘Destinations and Memories’ written by young writer guru Aayan Sourabh Sethi.
The Lt Governor congratulated seven-year-old Aayan Sourabh Sethi and extended best wishes for his future success.
Later, the Lt Governor released a book titled, World of Rights: Navigating the Global Human Rights Landscape, edited by Neeraj Singh Manhas, Dr Nitan Sharma and Dr Abhinav Tomer.
