The ongoing bilateral talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden have concluded. The conversation took place at Biden’s home in Delaware. During the talks, the two leaders discussed the Indo-Pacific region, India-US partnership and many other issues.

Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal tweeted: “PM Modi and Joe Biden held a bilateral meeting today in Wilmington, Delaware. The meeting was hosted by President Biden at his home.
“The discussions between the two leaders focused on ways to further deepen the India-US bilateral partnership in areas of mutual interest. The two discussed many global and regional issues, including the Indo-Pacific region,” he said.
Warm welcome
After the talks, PM Modi had left Biden’s house. The US President came outside to see him, hugged him and saw him off. Earlier, after returning home, Joe Biden hugged PM Modi and held his hand before taking him inside.
“India-US partnership is the strongest”
Joe Biden also shared a post on X, informing about the meeting with Prime Minister Modi. Biden wrote, “The partnership between the United States and India is stronger, closer, and more vibrant than at any time in history. When we sat down with Prime Minister Modi, I was amazed at our ability to explore new areas. Today’s meeting was similar. I can tell you that External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra, Indian Ambassador to China, were also present during this bilateral meeting.
PM Modi’s ninth visit to the US

After that, he will attend a program related to the Indian community in New York on September 22. PM Modi will also attend the UN Future Summit on September 23, the last day of his visit.
