The United States will hold a presidential election at the end of this year. On one side is the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, and on the other side is the Republican Party, which has former President Donald Trump as its candidate. Meanwhile, Kamala Harris accepted an invitation from CNN to participate in another presidential debate with Republican rival Donald Trump on October 23. His team provided this information on Saturday.

The first debate between the two candidates took place on September 10. After the debate, both leaders claimed victory. Harris campaign manager Jane O’Malley Dillon said in a statement that “Donald Trump agreed that there should be no problem with this debate.” This is the same format and setup that he said won after participating in the CNN debate in June. However, Trump has not yet made any comments on the debate.

Trump refuses third debate

Immediately after the September 10 debate, Harris’ team said she was “ready for another debate.” There had been speculation that the debate might be the only meeting between Harris and Trump on the campaign trail. Last week, Trump said he would not participate in another debate with Harris before the November 5 election. He wrote on his social media site Truth Social, “There will not be a third debate!” Trump participated in a debate with Democratic leading candidate US President Joe Biden in January, but decided to withdraw from the campaign, clearing the way for Harris.

These issues were discussed in the Trump-Harris debate

Kamala Harris and Trump debated on immigration, violence, abortion, economic crisis, war in Ukraine and Gaza. Let me tell you, Trump had the upper hand when Trump debated with Biden. It was after this debate that people began to question Biden’s candidacy. After that, he had to retreat.
