NCLAT dismisses Reliance Communication’s claim of tax arrears after it filed bankruptcy petition

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has dismissed a petition filed by the state tax department seeking dues from Reliance Communications based on an assessment made after the insolvency resolution process was initiated against the company, the Press Trust of India (PTI) reported on Saturday, September 21.
