The issue of adulteration of ghee in laddus has become increasingly intense at the world-famous Tirupati Balaji temple in Andhra Pradesh. Investigations revealed that AR Dairy was awarded the contract to supply ghee at Rs 320 per kg, while the tender for Nandini ghee was cancelled.
