In Kanpur, bullies killed a man in court because he did not refuse his sister to testify against them in court. The hearing of an old case was held on September 24. In response, the bullies asked the young man to tell his sister not to testify against them. However, the young man did not listen to the bullies’ advice, and the angry bullies drove him out of the house and beat him to death.

Following a tip-off from the family, the police have registered a case against five people. The police have also started searching for the accused. However, the accused has not yet been arrested.

After the murder, the defendant fled the scene

According to sources, the bullies came to the house in broad daylight and took the young man out after he refused to testify in court. They then started beating him with sticks. The young man died as a result. After the incident, the accused fled the scene. The incident caused uproar in the entire area.

Testimony will be given on September 24

It is understood that the victim’s sister had to testify in court on September 24 in the case of attempted murder of her brother, accusing the bully of his actions. As a result, the bully entered the young man’s home and asked him to stop his sister from testifying in court. When the young man refused to do so, he was dragged out of the house and beaten to death.

It is known that the accused also carried out a fatal attack on the deceased a year ago. The deceased’s sister came to Kanpur from Hyderabad to testify in case 307. In this case, Vivek, Vikram and their accomplices from Mahadev Nagar area have been accused of murder. The police have started searching for the suspects. The police claim that those involved in the murder will be arrested soon.
