In Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, a bike rape victim was shot dead by two gangsters while returning home with her brother and mother. After this, the accused fled the scene and the rape victim’s family accused the accused of shooting her dead. Following this, the police registered a case against the two accused and started investigating the incident.

The victim was riding his bicycle home with his mother and brother.

Information shows that the father of the rape victim had filed a complaint with the Sahibabad police station in February 2023. The girl and her mother, residents of Bamauripatti village in the Kailadevi police station area, were allegedly returning home from Ghaziabad late on Wednesday night. When the girl and her mother got off at Sambhal, the brothers from the village came to pick them up on a motorcycle. After that, the girl, her mother and brother rode on bicycles to their village.

When the three arrived near Bamauripati village on bicycles, two gangsters stopped the three from riding bicycles. After that, one gangster started pulling the girl’s hair. While the other shot him dead. Then, the two fled the scene.

Police are busy searching for the accused

After learning the details of the incident, the Kailadevi police station and police rushed to the spot. After this, the police obtained information about the incident from the deceased rape victim’s brother and mother. Meanwhile, the Panchnama of the rape victim’s body was filled and sent for postmortem. In addition, based on the complaint of the family, the police has registered a case against the rape accused Rinku and Pappu and residents of the same village. However, the police have not been able to arrest the two yet. It is believed that the police will arrest the two soon.

ASP Shrishchandra said that a complaint was filed by Neeraj Yadav, a resident of Bhamauri Patti village, stating that he, his mother and sister were travelling to their village on a bike. During this period, his sister was attacked by two persons. As a result, he died on the spot. A complaint has been filed against Pappu and Rinku in this regard.
