DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro price

The DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro standard package starts at $349 (roughly Rs. 29,000). Meanwhile, the company has also launched the Osmo Action 5 Pro Adventure package, which is priced at $449 (roughly Rs. 38,000).

DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro Specifications

The DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro is equipped with a 1/1.3-inch sensor with a pixel size of 2.4 microns and a dynamic range of up to 13.5 stops. It can capture images in 10-bit D-Log M format, which allows for greater flexibility and better color grading in post-production. This action camera also supports Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG) high-brightness displays.

Thanks to the upgrade, DJI says the Osmo Action 5 Pro can shoot low-light videos at 4K 60fps, preserving details without overexposing highlights. The action camera also comes with SuperNight mode and AI noise reduction, which is said to provide clearer pictures. There is also a Live Photo feature that can record 3 seconds of video and then convert it into a dynamic photo.

DJI claims that its new Osmo Action 5 Pro is the first action camera to offer built-in subject centering and tracking features. With these features, the action camera can automatically detect the position of the subject and adjust the composition. It is powered by a 4nm chip with machine learning algorithms and comes with 47GB of built-in storage. The action camera supports transfer speeds of up to 80MB per second via Wi-Fi 6.0 or USB 3.0. It also has larger front and rear tempered glass touchscreen OLED displays compared to previous models.

As an action camera, the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro can operate underwater to a depth of 20 meters without a housing. Other safety features include a built-in pressure gauge that records underwater depth, duration, and altitude data.

DJI says its latest action camera is equipped with a 1,950mAh battery that can last up to 4 hours on a single charge. In addition, it can also provide up to 3.6 hours of video recording in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. The action camera can be charged using the DJI 30W USB Type-C charger.
