After using the iPhone 16 Pro for a while, let us tell you about its usage experience. The design of the iPhone 16 Pro has not changed. Like last time, this time the company also added another new button to the new iPhone, which the company calls camera control.
With the arrival of this button, there are now a total of 5 buttons on the iPhone. There was a time when we were waiting for the iPhone to have no buttons, but now the buttons are increasing.
Last time the action button replaced the alert slider, but personally I haven’t customized the action button yet, and so far I’ve only used the action button to silence the phone. How much people really like the camera controls, only time will tell.
Capacitive touch
The camera controls are located on the right side of the phone, just below the home button. The button actually has capacitive touch, so even a light press can enable some options. Tapping this button will open the camera, and pressing the light again will enable some options.
The camera control button gives you the control to zoom in, zoom out, adjust exposure, tone, style, and depth. Basically you have to slide your finger on the camera control. The company wants to mimic the traditional camera shutter button by providing it, but the problem is that most people now click vertical videos or photos, so people might use it less due to its location.
Yes, it works great if you click horizontal videos or photos. The tactile feedback is very good and the camera control buttons feel solid.
However, the camera controls don’t seem to be finished yet, and that’s because it doesn’t work like a traditional camera’s two-stage shutter button. Traditional DSLRs have a two-stage shutter button, with a half-press to focus and a full press to shoot. This isn’t the case, but Apple says the feature will be available with a software update, and it’s unclear when that will be. This feature should be available in a month or two.
iPhone 16 Pro – Camera
There may be zero changes in the design, but a lot has been changed in the camera department. This time the company has named the camera setup as Fusion Camera. There are now two 48-48 megapixel camera lenses and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.

I can definitely say that you can easily shoot a blockbuster or documentary with this phone. Because Pro Res is also good, but you will need extra storage space because 4K video recorded at 120 Fps will fill up several GB in just a few seconds.
The telephoto and wide-angle lenses are great, but it was sometimes hard to differentiate these photos from the iPhone 15 Pro. The ultra-wide I found less impressive.
Audio mixing function
Audio mixing is a great new feature. Here you can choose between Standard, Intra, Studio and Film. You can take any video to the next level by editing its audio, just like what happens in movies, but I will tell you how useful this feature is in the review.
While the Apple Intelligence feature will be rolled out with the update, one interesting feature has definitely emerged in the photo editing area. The Style option is available in the photo editing options. Once you touch the Style icon, a control will open. Using this control, you can adjust the color and tone of the photo.
With this you can also add shadows to your photos, giving a professional touch to any image, and you can also create dramatic effects. Here you get 5 undertones and you can change the skin tone to 9 different mood settings.
A18 Pro and Apple Intelligence
The iPhone 16 Pro is equipped with an A18 Pro chipset, which is faster than the A17 Pro. But in normal use, I didn’t see much difference in performance and speed between the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro. Maybe after the arrival of Apple Intelligence, the full potential of this processor will be released. We will also introduce you to Apple Intelligence in the full review.
The iPhone 16 Pro is equipped with iOS 18, which also provides some new features. Although these features are not only available on the iPhone 16 Pro, I have been using iOS 18 on the iPhone 15 Pro for a long time, and all of the features in it are more or less available on the older phone.
Whether you want to customize the Control Center or move icons on the Home screen. You can lock apps with Face ID. You can run direct calls in macOS Suqoua using iPhone mirroring. iPhone 16 Pro: Conclusion
I have only used the 16 Pro for a while so far. Based on that, I can say that the camera of the iPhone 16 Pro is excellent. Not much to say about the design. But the borders have been greatly reduced and the display area has been increased. It looks bigger than the 15 Pro. There are a lot of useful features in iOS 18, but Apple Intelligence is worth looking forward to. I don’t think iPhone 15 Pro users will notice much difference after upgrading to 16 Pro. But this phone is still good for those who have an older iPhone.
