In fact, the car driver who was accused of causing the accident has been slapped with a challan. The tickets were issued for driving against the flow and parking at the wrong place. Last month, on August 24, Haryana issued a Kuldeep challan.
In fact, a horrific video has now surfaced of a massive collision between a bike and a Mahindra 3XO SUV in Gurugram, Haryana, near Delhi on September 15. In this accident, a young man named Akshat Garg was killed while riding a high-speed bike.
The cyclist could not be rescued
Late Akshat Garg was riding his bike at high speed on Sunday evening when a Mahindra 3XO came from the wrong side and hit the cyclist. As soon as the collision happened, Akshat jumped off the bike and fell far behind the vehicle on the road. Despite the early arrival of the ambulance, Akshat Garg could not be saved.

Akshat’s friend Pradhuman tried to wake up his friend Akshat but he could not wake up. After the accident, Pradhuman cried and asked the accused who was driving the SUV why he was driving against the traffic. In the video, he can be seen asking people to call the police.
Young man driving SUV released on bail
The police have registered a case under Sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281 (rash driving), 324 (4) (mischief causing damage exceeding Rs 20,000/-), 166 (compensation after motor vehicle accident). The accused, Kuldeep Thakur, who was driving the SUV, was arrested by the police from the accident site. However, he was later released on bail.
