Asus Zenbook S14 pre-orders open, ExpertBook P5405 debuts in India

Asus has launched the ExpertBook P5405 laptop in India. This is the company’s first Copilot+ PC built for business and is equipped with Intel’s latest Core Ultra 9 processor (Series 2) with an improved Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for AI tasks. Additionally, Asus has started taking pre-orders for the Zenbook S 14 (UX5406) in India. It features a 14-inch OLED display and is powered by the same Intel Core Ultra 2 processor and Intel Arc graphics. The Zenbook S 14 will be launched in the Indian market on September 25.

The pricing details of the Asus ExpertBook P5405 are yet to be announced by the Taiwanese company. The laptop is confirmed to be launched in India in the fourth quarter of this year.

Asus Zenbook S14 2024 is currently available for pre-order via Asus Exclusive Store, Asus eShop, Amazon, and Flipkart. Customers who pre-order the laptop between September 19 and September 24 can avail exclusive offers worth up to Rs 17,389 at just Rs 1. These offers include two years of additional warranty and three years of accidental damage protection. Customers who pre-order the laptop can also get premium earbuds for free.

Currently, the Asus Zenbook S14 2024 is priced at Rs 1,49,990 on Amazon for the 32GB RAM + 1TB storage model in Zumaia Gray colour. The official launch will take place on September 25.

Asus ExpertBook P5405 Specifications

Asus ExpertBook P5405 is equipped with Intel’s latest Core Ultra 9 processor (Series 2) and supports AI functions. The chipset has 47 NPU TOPS (trillion operations per second) and a total platform TOPS of up to 115. It includes the company’s AI ExpertMeet tool with advanced features such as AI transcription, AI translation, AI subtitles, assisted meeting summary, AI camera, AI noise reduction and commercial watermarking.

The Asus ExpertBook P5405 has multiple layers of security, including features like Secure Boot and Trusted Platform Module (TPM). It has an optional SafeGuard Backup tool for securely backing up important data with encryption protection. It has a standard international warranty that covers the adapter. The company offers a range of extended service packages that are valid for up to five years. It comes with a one-year subscription to McAfee+ Premium Individual Unlimited.
