Jammu, September 17: Two persons are missing after a landslide on the under-construction Budhal-Gool road in Chassana area of Reasi district.
According to Resi Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan, the personnel, including the driver of an excavator, who were engaged in road construction work, were trapped under debris from a landslide near Avtar Morh on the night of September 16.
“A massive rescue operation is underway. About a dozen bulldozers are clearing the rubble,” he said.
