Jammu and Kashmir Congress issues show-cause notice to party leaders who filed nominations as Independents

Srinagar, September 13: After several party leaders filed nominations as independent candidates for the Union Territory Assembly elections, the Congress has issued show-cause notices to them, accusing them of destroying the unity of the alliance.

The Congress has taken note of the situations in which leaders of various parties are undermining the unity of the alliance and has asked these leaders to give explanation within three days, failing which strict disciplinary action will be taken against them.
