Rape case against another SP leader in UP, female associate files FIR

Another Samajwadi Party leader has been accused of rape in Uttar Pradesh. An FIR has been filed against former state secretary and former president of Mau Bar Association Virendra Bahadur Pal in a rape case. The SP leader’s female colleague has filed a case under rape sections. The victim alleges that she has been raped for the past one year by making videos and photographs.

Virendra Bahadur Pal, who has been the president of Mau Bar Association twice, has been accused of rape by his own female colleague. In this case, an FIR has been lodged in the police station Kotwali of Mau district under sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 123 and 64(2)(m). The victim woman alleges that the SP leader has forcibly had physical relations with her by making photos and videos for the past one year.
