UP: Father threw his 5-year-old son into a river because he wanted to implicate his neighbour in a kidnapping and murder case

A shocking incident has come to light from Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh, where a man threw his five-year-old son into the river. Revealing the incident, the police said that the accused wanted to implicate his neighbor in a kidnapping case. Due to which the ruthless father killed his five-year-old son. The police revealed the incident within 24 hours and arrested the accused father and sent him to jail.

Sanjeev, a resident of Tiulak village of Sindhauli, had filed a complaint against eight people including Vivek of the village on Monday. In which he had accused them of kidnapping his five-year-old son Gaurav. Sanjeev Kumar had a fight with his neighbor some time ago. On Sanjeev’s complaint, the police registered a case and started investigation, then it was found that the complainant Sanjeev had killed his five-year-old son by pushing him into the river to implicate the neighbors.

It is being told that on 2 September 2024, Sanjeev took his 5-year-old mentally challenged child on a scooty to the city to get medicine. While returning, he started shouting that Baburam, Vivek Vishal and Rinku had kidnapped his son. After this, the police registered a case of kidnapping against the neighbor.

Police arrested the accused father

SP Ashok Kumar Meena said that during the investigation, the police suspected Sanjeev. When he was taken into custody and strictly questioned, the whole matter came out in the open. The accused told the police that some time ago Vivek’s son Ayush had a fight with the neighbor’s son Gaurav. When his wife Nanhi Devi went to complain, Vivek’s wife Preeti beat Nanhi. To take revenge for this insult, she prepared a plan and tried to implicate the neighbor by killing her mentally challenged son.
