What happened at the corporate office of Wells Fargo Company in Arizona was as tragic as it was unbelievable. In fact, 60-year-old Denise Prudhomme, who worked here, was last seen in the office on August 16. Since then, no one had any news of Denise or perhaps no one wanted to know about her.

According to the South China Morning Post report, four days later on August 20, a guard saw her in her cubicle and found that she was not responding. When he became suspicious, he called the authorities. Here it was found that Denise had died. According to the Washington Post report, the police responded to a 911 call from the on-site security. According to the police, the caller said that a woman was probably dead on the third floor of the building.

As soon as the news came out, there was a sensation in the office. A colleague of Denise told 12News, ‘This is really heart breaking and I am thinking, what would have happened if I was sitting there? Would no one have come to see me?’ Another person said, ‘She died like this and no one did anything. It feels bad to think that she had to spend her last time like this.’ Another said – ‘This is the scary part. The heart gets nervous thinking about it, this is somewhat careless.’

What did Wells Fargo say on the incident?

The company has issued a statement to 12News. In this, the company said, ‘We are deeply saddened by the death of a colleague in our Tempe office. Our prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Our Employee Assistance Counseling Service team is always available to support our employees.

Wells Fargo also said that they are “fully cooperating with the Tempe Police Department in their investigation and will refer all further questions to them.” The investigation is ongoing. At present, the police have not disclosed the cause of Prudhomme’s death. However, the department has said that the initial investigation has not found any signs of foul play and it appears to be a natural death.
