19-year-old student dies under mysterious circumstances in Lucknow University, body found in hostel room

The body of 19-year-old student Anika Rastogi has been recovered from the hostel of Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University in Lucknow. The girl was found unconscious in the room under suspicious circumstances. She was a third year LLB student. Her body was found lying on the floor in her hostel room.

Anika was the daughter of IPS Santosh Rastogi, who is currently working as IG in NIA (National Investigation Agency) in Delhi. Anika went to her room at night, after which she did not open the door. When her colleagues did not see her, they got worried and broke the door and found Anika unconscious.
