In Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad district, the bodies of two girls were found hanging from a tree. In this case, the police conducted a postmortem of both the girls, according to which they had committed suicide. No injury marks were found on the bodies. The police have rejected the murder theory. However, now two boys from the area have been arrested in this incident. It is alleged that these boys used to harass and pressurize the two girls to talk on the phone. Tired of their harassment, the girls embraced death.

Talking to Aaj Tak about this whole matter, Farrukhabad SP Alok Priyadarshi said that on the night of Janmashtami, the police received information that the bodies of two girls were found hanging from a tree in Kaimganj’s Bhagwatpur village. The police reached the spot and took the bodies in their custody and sent them for postmortem. It has become clear from the postmortem report that the girls had committed suicide. There are no injury marks on their bodies.

According to SP Alok Priyadarshi, the postmortem report of the girls has revealed ante-mortem hanging.
After this, the police started investigating why this suicide was committed. In which the names of two boys of the village came to the fore. At present, both have been arrested. Their names are Deepak and Pawan.

According to the SP, the accused boys who have been arrested used to force the two girls to talk on the phone. They were also harassed. The girls could not tell this to their family and got fed up with the harassment and hanged themselves. The family of the deceased girls is completely satisfied with the action taken by the police so far. There is no law and order problem in the area.

Earlier, the local police had investigated the call details and said that as soon as they got the mobile set, both the girls used to insert the SIM and talk to the accused. After the conversation was over, they used to take out the SIM and format the call log from the mobile. However, according to the complaint of the fathers of both the girls, the accused boys used to harass their daughters. The SIM recovered from the clothes of the younger girl belonged to the accused Deepak.
