However, he also talked about taking other necessary steps on the economic and diplomatic fronts.

Zelensky said, ‘The main point of this plan is to force Russia to end the war.’ He did not elaborate on his next step, but said that he would also discuss this plan with Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Zelensky said that he hopes to visit the US in September to attend the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Where he can meet Biden.

On the other hand, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov recently said that there is no question of talks after Ukraine launched a major cross-border infiltration into Russia’s Kursk region on August 6.

PM Modi had a conversation with Putin after his Ukraine visit

PM Modi visited Ukraine six weeks after his visit to Russia and meeting with President Putin. After his Ukraine visit last week, PM Modi spoke to US President Joe Biden over the phone on August 26. The two leaders discussed and exchanged views on various regional and global issues, including the situation in Ukraine. About 17 hours later on August 27, PM Modi informed that he had spoken to Russian President Putin over the phone.

The two leaders discussed measures to strengthen the strategic partnership between India and Russia. The Russia-Ukraine war was also discussed in the talks.
