In Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, the bodies of two friends were found hanging from a tree with the same dupatta in a mango orchard. After this incident, sensation spread in the village. This incident of Bhagoutipur village of Kaimganj Kotwali area shook the people of the area. Questions are being raised about the incident that whether the bodies of two girls found hanging from the noose are a case of suicide or murder?
Actually, the incident is from Bhagoutipur village of Kaimganj police station area of Farrukhabad. Here, the bodies of two girls were found hanging from a tree in a mango orchard. When people saw them, there was a stir. The police was immediately informed about the incident. As soon as the information was received, senior police officers reached the spot and took stock of the situation. Prima facie, the police is calling this case a suicide. Whereas the family members say that this is a case of murder. Both the deceased girls were friends. One of them was 18 years old and the other was 16 years old.
The previous day, a tableau was decorated in the village on the occasion of Janmashtami. Both the girls had gone to see the tableau. When both of them did not return home till late night, the family thought that both of them must have stayed at the house of relatives in the village. After this, in the morning, the news came that the bodies of two girls were hanging in a mango orchard outside the village. On this, the family immediately reached the spot and identified them. The father of one of the girls has alleged murder. At the same time, the police is considering it a suicide at first sight.

The father of the deceased girl said that my daughter had gone to see the tableau at night with her friend who lived in the neighbourhood. When she did not return till late night, we thought that she must have stayed at a relative’s house in the village. In the morning, we got information that two girls had hanged themselves in a garden outside the village. When we went to the spot, it was my daughter and her friend. Both were hanging from the same dupatta. We think they have been murdered. A mobile and slippers were found at the spot.
Regarding this incident, Superintendent of Police Alok Priyadarshi said that two girls have hanged themselves in a village of Kaimganj police station area. At present, this case seems to be a suicide. The true facts will be known after the post-mortem report. A mobile has been found from the spot, which is being investigated. The family members have given an application for investigation of the death case. At present, investigation is being done.
