UP Police Constable Exam 2024: A 24-year-old youth preparing for the constable recruitment exam in Bareilly, UP has committed suicide. The youth took his life due to not being able to perform well in the constable recruitment exam.

According to the news agency, the police said that the youth committed suicide after failing in the constable recruitment exam. Faridpur Police Circle Officer (CO) Gaurav Singh said that this incident happened in Saidpur Manjha village of Fatehganj East area.

A student named Yogesh Kumar hanged himself late at night. The officer said that the student’s body was recovered from his rented room in Faridpur and no suicide note was found from the spot.

Ajaypal Yadav, father of the deceased Yogesh Kumar, told the police that his son had been preparing for the constable recruitment exam for the last five years. According to the police, Yogesh had given the exam in Rampur district on Friday in which he could not perform as expected. The CO said that the body has been sent for post-mortem and further investigation is underway.

1174 examination centers in 67 districts

Let us tell you that today is the third day of the UP Police constable recruitment exam. Today also the exam is being conducted for about 9 lakh 60000 candidates at 1174 examination centers in 67 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

The first shift will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and the second shift will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. After the third day’s exam today, the fourth and fifth phases of the exam will be held on 30 and 31 August. A total of 17 cheaters have been caught in the 2-day exam and 15 FIRs have been registered.

Four lakh candidates left the exam

More than four and a half lakh candidates have left the recruitment exam (UP Police Constable Exam 2024) in two days. On the first day, about 3 lakh candidates did not appear for the exam, while on the second day 1.67 lakh candidates were missing from the exam.
