UP Police Exam 2024: It is a testing time for more than 40 lakh youth in Uttar Pradesh. Today is the second day of the UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination. More than 6 lakh candidates appeared in the examination held on the first day i.e. 23 August for recruitment to a total of 60,244 constable posts. Crowds of candidates are gathering at bus and railway stations. Many candidates arriving to take the exam in different districts are spending the night at bus stands and railway stations.

Actually, before the constable recruitment exam, the candidates reached Moradabad by bus and train, in which a large number of candidates were seen studying and resting at the railway station and bus stand at night. Because the hotels around the exam center are full and the hotels in which some rooms are vacant, their charges have become very high.

Constable recruitment candidates are spending the night at the station

The candidates say that due to the arrangements made by the government, they have got very good bus and train facilities, but many candidates could not find a place to stay. Due to this, the candidates are spending the night at the station or bus stand.

Searching for a rooftop for a night even at 1:30 am

An examinee roaming on the road at around 1:30 in the night in Moradabad said that he has come from Baghpat, he tried to find a hotel everywhere but could not find one anywhere. All the hotels are full. The examinee said that he has worked very hard for this exam. Last time the exam was canceled due to a glitch and now he is again trying hard to give this exam. The examinee said that there is an exam tomorrow and it is almost 2 in the night, he has not got a room anywhere, this will also affect the exam.

Candidate’s request to the government- Paper should not be leaked now

Jitendra Kumar, a candidate from Shahjahanpur, said, ‘Our request to the UP government is that all our brothers and sisters who have come to take the UP constable recruitment exam should be provided with proper accommodation. There is no space in the hotels, they are full and the room rent is also very high. Now our request to the government is that the UP Police exam paper should not be leaked, there should not be any irregularities. Because we come from a middle class family and coaching costs a lot of money.’

Let us tell you that the constable recruitment exam was cancelled in February due to paper leak. Now the re-exam is being conducted on 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 August. According to the data shared by the recruitment board, about 9,60,000 candidates were to appear in the exam on the first day. A total of 8,19,600 candidates had downloaded the admit card for the first day’s exam, but only 6,48,435 candidates appeared for the exam. According to this, a total of 32.45 percent candidates left the exam.
