A shocking case of molestation of a 16 year old minor student in broad daylight has come to light in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The police have arrested the two accused who carried out this incident. Illegal weapons have also been recovered from them.
According to the information, some miscreants were openly molesting a minor student. When the victim protested against this, one of the miscreants threatened the girl by hitting her on her private parts. When the people present at the spot tried to catch the miscreants, they openly fired their guns.
Publicly molesting a student on the middle of the road
The student lodged a complaint about this incident in the local police station. The police caught one accused from the spot while two accused were arrested during the encounter within 24 hours. On this matter, SP South Manush Pareek said that on August 17, 2024, an incident of molestation of a girl took place under Amla police station. In this regard, case number 434 by 24 was registered under relevant sections under BNS, SC ST Act and POCSO Act.
The victim told the police that the accused crossed all limits of obscenity and said that they will make you a Muslim. Pointing the gun he said that it did not take long for religious conversion. After this entire incident there was a situation of tension in the area. Police reached the spot and handled the situation.

Police said that the accused Aamir and Salim had tried to escape by firing at the police team with the intention of killing them. After the encounter, both the accused were shot in the legs and were arrested. 2 pistols of 315 bore and 2 fire shells of 315 bore were recovered from the possession of the miscreants. A case has also been registered against him in Amla under the Arms Act.

She is studying in an inter college and had gone to the public service center in Amla for examination work. While going home, Aamir and Faizan molested her on Sargam Talkies Road.
